Sindh Flood Emergency Rehabilitation Project (SFERP) and Sindh Emergency Rescue Service (Rescue 1122) strengthened frontline capacity for Gender-Based Violence (GBV) response through a training event on Inclusive Emergency Management, GBV Case Management, and Code of Conduct compliance. Rescuers were equipped to identify, respond to, and refer GBV cases during emergencies, while all participants reaffirmed their commitment to zero tolerance for GBV, SEA, and SH through Code of Conduct signing. The initiative also supports the establishment of a Gender Desk at Hyderabad DHQ Command & Control Centre to enhance survivor support and referral services.
